Policy

Jewelry:

• Returns must be initiated within 5 days of purchase.

• Jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged.

Reiki:

• Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

• Sessions will be conducted virtually via Google Meet at the designated appointment time.

• Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and any payment made.

• No shows will not be refunded.

• Clients who wish to reschedule must purchase a new appointment.

Tarot:
